Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a 100% no-show fee. A new appointment may require payment in full at the time of booking.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation of the appointment, depending on the amount of time remaining. The full service price may still apply.
